- MPMatt PFeb 24, 20261.0Was in the store last night (02/23/2026). I walked up to the butcher counter where a gentleman was cleaning for the evening by pulling out trays and things from the display. I stood there for probably 3-5 minutes as he cleared out the display. Not once did he acknowledge me, let me know he'd be right with me, or anything. Once the display was empty, he walked into the back room and never returned. Either I've mastered invisibility, or this gentleman forgot he's in the Customer Service industry.

My only real complaint is the self‑checkout experience. The attendants hover so much that it feels like I’m being watched for stealing every time I scan something. They’re constantly coming over, messing with the bags, or asking questions even when nothing is wrong. It would be great if they could wait until customers are finished before refreshing bags or stepping in.
