  Saturday, 3:00 p.m. 35 minutes to get three tacos. Are you kidding me? This place is filthy dirty inside and outside. The employees won't even look at. You won't hand you a cup after you've ordered at the kiosk. Never going back

  The building floors are covered in dirt and sticky substances, left chemicals and cleaning supplies out on table, 2 workers keep eating the food in the back swearing along with aggressive speech being very loud complaning about other costumers

  I eat a plantbased diet and was so excited to learn that Taco Bell is willing to accommodate. On this day I enjoyed my first ever Crunchwrap with black beans, potatoes, pico, guacamole, lettuce, onions, and red sauce, as well as a Chalupa with the same filling, and both were delicious! The food was made fresh and was ready super fast! But the best part of my experience was the outstanding service I received from the Manager Christian and his team. I felt like a VIP at this location, and I did not feel judged for my "specific" way of eating. I am so thankful for the friendly and kind team at this Taco Bell. I had a long day and seeing their smiling faces and being treated so well truly means the world to me!

  I've had multiple times where I've had to wait for someone to help me while all of the staff are looking at me. They tell others to come help and then no one ever does. I've had to wait for 15 minutes twice in a row to get my food that was already done and just in a bag behind the counter because no one would help even when we would ask for help. The place was quite dirty as well when we've gone. The food is really good when we finally get to eat it.

  The food was good but the service was 5 star on it's own. My son and I were traveling today and stopped in to get some chalupas and steak nacho fries. We did a mobile order and went through to pick it up. We decided to eat in the parking lot to take a break. I opened my Steak n guac nacho fries and they had no steak included. Oops! I went into the store and all the employees were busy working hard to serve others. The gal that gave me my food at the window approached me and asked if I needed help. I explained that my fries had no steak and she apologized several times and immediately offered to remake them. 2 other employees checked on me and apologized as well. It was a simple oversight and they took complete accountability. It was so incredibly refreshing to have this younger generation step up and work hard to provide exceptional customer service. I am glad they were who took care of my order tonight and because of their heart and hard work I will be back to this location everytime I am in Idaho Falls!
