- GMGurpreet MaanApr 18, 20261.0I drove my truck 1 hour more at night just for this subway location, because it shows 24 hours. I found my parking and went inside , but they said it’s close . Why u guys showing 24 hours if u can’t do this . I slept without eating at that night .
- PDPallavi DhawaleApr 11, 20263.0This location is one of the few places in Idaho Falls where you can find a vegetarian patty, which is the main reason we keep coming back. It’s great to have that option, especially since it’s not commonly available at other locations. That said, the service can be inconsistent. Sometimes the staff are quite slow, and there have been occasions when no one was at the counter, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, it’s a convenient spot for veggie options, but there’s definitely room for improvement in service. I would rate it 3/5.

It's almost comical how much the employees just don't care about what they are doing and don't care about you. I would look past that, except if they don't care about customer service, they probably don't care about safe food handling practices either. Can't imagine what goes on in that kitchen.

But I see it is quite a pattern at this subways after reading the reviews already left. This lady even chucked the mayo bottle behind her and did it so hard it flew behind the stoves , I couldn't even believe it! Not to mention the attitude! Absolutely awful.
