  Stopped in for lunch Wednesday and ordered a simple Turkey Tom, BBQ chips, and a drink. Got the order and headed back to my work, only to find this gem…. Was pretty well disappointed. The simplest of sandwich’s and we fell short by a large margin. I’ve always had good luck at this location but this will most likely be my last stop. The chips slapped as always, but can’t say much for the sub. Hope nobody else had a bad experience like myself…..

  The dude who took my order was rude they also messed up my order. We asked for a chicken gyro without onions and they removed the cucumbers instead

  My boyfriend had never really tried JJ’s and I was craving their #2 sandwich. The manager, Trey, helped us out. He was super helpful and friendly and the sandwich was, and I quote, “straight gas”. Clean store, chill atmosphere, attentive staff, I was really impressed. Thanks guys!

  I bought a sandwich here on the evening of 12/28/25 a Vito with no sauce and added mayo. I work graveyard shift, so I didn't look at the sandwich until my lunch at 2a.m. I was horribly disappointed to see that I had nothing on my sandwich but 2 tomatoes and a few strands of lettuce and onion. Mind you,we were the only people in the drive thru *it was around 830 p.m.* and there were no customers in store either. With that being said, it took about 10 min to make my sandwich. I don't know exactly what they were doing in there, but they certainly weren't making my sandwich that for sure! Thank you Jimmy John's making me starve at work! This location is constantly messing up orders and I've given them chance after chance, but im done! I will no longer ever go to this Jimmy Johns again! Do better! This place is a complete embarrassment!
