  Milk shake machine not working properly giving the consistency of milk instead of a shake i asked for a replacement the young lady Jessie made another nearly tossing it at me with an attitude I said I'll take a refund I wanted a milkshake not a cold glass of milk the manager was refunding me as the young lady Jessie began talking about if you want to be a Karen go somewhere else I informed her I paid for a service expecting quality but received attitude and if I was the manager I would fire her on the spot !! Kids if you work in public service your opinions on your customers is YOUR opinion and should be kept to YOURself

  Excellent store and customer service. They are always kind and attentive and the food here is better than other five guys locations I have visited.

  Picked up lunch today got home & burgers were not as i ordered, and firies were so full of salt, they went in the trashi!! $33 wow!! Very disappointed!

  I really hate hurting business businesses as a business owner myself by leaving the review. That’s not a five star because I know how much it hurts the business. But I’ve gotta say I’m extremely disappointed. When I walk in and I spend $80 for two fries and four burgers for my wife and my kids… I’m not gonna lie. I at least expect the food to be high-quality, but every single one of our hamburger buns were extremely soggy, my wife e never says anything but she pointed it out on her burger before I even noticed then opened mine and sure enough bun was super soggy (also I’m not sure if this is normal probably is but the top of the sandwich was just cold… lol) probably cuz of toppings but I feel they could at least hear that bun up for $80.00 and a $6 tip and we grabbed the food and started eating it less than 50 seconds after they placed it on the counter and finished cooking it. I’m not gonna return again. I don’t mind spending bigger money, but the money is gotta be worth the food. Even the fries. Like I seem to have gotten a bunch of fries that are broken and half and shoved into a cup. They’re not even full fries. It’s just kind of low quality and not worth the price
