  I went through the drive-through lastnight , I asked for a Caesar salad And I asked if I could get a spicy crispy chicken instead of a grilled chicken and they said that was okay And when I got home, I opened the salad. The chicken wasn’t even cut up and it was a regular crispy chicken not spicy and so I called to ask if I could get a refund and the manager who answered the phone was really mean and then I said that I didn’t get a receipt and she said to come in and figure it out and then hung up the phone on me. I never make complaints about anything, but with how she handled the phone call was very unprofessional, especially when I was super nice on the phone Just trying to explain what happened.

  Ordered online and picked up in store. I've been craving bacon so I got the bacon classic. My kids got kids meals that came with a toy each. Way more affordable and better tasting than an M fast food place.

  Salads were formerly good, however, they got smaller and pricier. Burgers are still juicy and good. Drive thru is slow, inside is faster.

  We went through the drive through and my son got chicken nuggets kids meal with BBQ sauce, my husband got his meal, and I just got 4 pc chicken nuggets. I don't usually get sauce with my nuggets but today I was feeling some honey mustard. My husband didn't hear me say honey mustard and told them no sauce for the nuggets. I told him I wanted honey mustard, so he asked for honey mustard at the window THEY CHARGED HIM for the honey mustard that should have come with the nuggets in the first place. Granted it was only 50 cents, but to charge for something that should come standard with the order is absolutely ridiculous. The nuggets were soggy too. Do better Wendy's.
