We tried to have lunch at this location yesterday. We had coupons so we couldn't use the kiosks. We stood at the register for 10 minutes with 2 employees standing right across the counter from us trying very hard to look so busy and involved that they couldn't make eye contact with us or acknowledge in any way that we were standing there waiting to order. I'm well aware that there is an attitude of "if we ignore them they'll go to the kiosk" but you give out coupons that can't be redeemed at the kiosks. My poor 3 year old grandson cried all the way out to the car when he realized he wasn't going to get his ice cream that he had been promised for being a good boy while his mom spent 3 hours at the tire shop taking care of road damage.

I come here multiple times per week because it's close to where I work. I'm going somewhere else now because I think it's dumb that I have to pay for a single sauce for items that I like to eat that don't normally come with sauce (french fries!!!).
