  Soooo nasty and dirty. Food was awful and old. Couldn't even eat my meal it was so nasty. Very disappointing

  Probably the worst Taco Bell experience I've had in years. They didn't include my wife's Nacho Fries, and I got the smallest beefy 5 layer burrito I've ever seen in my life - literally soft taco sized. My wife said her crunchwrap supreme was also very small - basically a standard cheese quesadilla. We won't be returning to this location.

  The taste was the same as any other TB, but it was poorly prepared. I swear there was the same amount of toppings outside the tacos as there were inside. Same with the gordotas. My burrito was not folded properly, so it was partially open on both ends. My kids burritos were made correctly, but labeled incorrectly, so they had to switch them around once opened. My drink has ice, despite me saying no ice. And they claim they are unable to grill my burrito unless I request it in the app, which is ridiculous cause I wasn't ordering in the app and I've never had that issue at any other TB. The workers were plenty kind, just really didn't get all the food done well. I'm grateful it at least tasted good.

  There are 3 Taco Bell’s in Idaho Falls and this one is the worst. I never got my food. Ordered on the app because I was on lunch break, waited for 25 min and never got my food. The lobby filled up and not a single person had their food. But the drive thru was getting their orders. I had to leave to make it back to work without getting a refund. I received notification an hour later that my order was ready for pickup. There was also some dude in the dinning room that was tweaking on something and trying to pick fights with people waiting for their orders.

  Cashier Cristian H, has zero customer service skills. Probably shouldn’t be in a customer facing position if you don’t know how to communicate and be pleasant to customers. Didn’t say a word when I pulled up to the window. Even when I asked him if he could talk. The job is not that hard. The overall rating makes a lot of sense for this location.
