  Worst Taco Bell ever. Ordered at 9:57 and have yet to get my order sitting here at 10:40. Ordered 4 burritos. We even ordered on the app before even getting there. Cars in the drive through were passing through it seems. Lobby was full of angry people. They blamed the wait on the quesorito coming back. This is ridiculous.

  I frequently come to Idaho Falls and had never stopped at this location. I knew it was a newly built restaurant, but after I placed my order and walked towards the tables to sit down to wait, I was appalled! Never in my life have I ever seen a fast food restaurant as filthy as this one was. I was there at 3:00pm and there were no other customers at that time inside the restaurant. There was only 1 car in the drive thru, so I'm positive that the staff had time to clean up. Every single table had food on it and there was food and trash all over the floor. While I was eating my food, an employee came out into the dining area, straightened a few chairs, wiped off 2 tables, and went back behind the counter. He never even attempted to clean up the floor or finish wiping the tables. He was the only employee I saw the entire time I was there. I walked into the women's restroom and there was something brown in several places on the floor that I couldn't tell was either poop or someone had stepped in beans and tracked it all over. I hope the owner of this Taco Bell franchise sees all of these horrible reviews and fires the manager. They definitely need a fresh start with a manager who has higher expectations and trains their staff accordingly. This is terrible impression for people coming off I-15 to see a disgusting establishment like this in Idaho Falls. It really would not take much to change this place around and make it better, since the building is brand new!

  They manage to always mess up your orders. You wait forever for your food. This is by the worst Tacobell I have ever experienced. I would never recommend them to anyone. I have had several frustrations with their service and food. This was my last straw.

  This was the slowest Taco Bell experience I've ever had. And they weren't busy in the restaurant. And forgot a few of our items. This delay was especially inconvenient on a road trip. I recommend going through the drive through and then bringing your food inside if you want to dine in. They seem to prioritize drive through orders.
