Ordered a spicy Italian online wanted just lettuce onion olive and jalapeno went to pick it up and it had tomatoes and mayo disgusting they must not know how to read never again 2 times they did this at 2 different places on Broadway and Channing way 👎👎👎👎

I went to this location today for lunch with my husband, usually the people here are friendly and kind. Today was the complete opposite, I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone in a customer service position. First my wrap ripped so bad that when it came to eating the food it made an absolute mess, second the blonde woman serving me couldn’t hear/understand what I said and said “what” to me twice in the RUDEST tone and lastly I was made sure I couldn’t add any extra salad to my protein pocket when I didn’t even ask - again in a rude tone. If you don’t like serving and interacting with people don’t apply for this type of job. I have never experienced someone so rude and will NEVER be back at this location after this being our go to subway.

It’s Subway but I ordered on the mobile app while on the road. They saw that I was waiting as I arrived quite early relative to the time the app said It would be ready and immediately got to work on my order. Great service!

I would leave less stars but Google won't let me. My parents went in at noon today, 1/17/2026. First they were rude and unfriendly, the kid behind the counter kept saying nope, we haven't made that bread today, over and over, leaving our only option as white bread. Added no sauce to two of the sandwiches, one of which was the meatball sub and when my mom said hey you forgot the sauce he said, you have some at home. Honestly, they should have left, that the manager was sitting there saying nothing was just as bad. We won't be coming to this location again and I will be telling my friends not to go to this location either. Not worth the price for bad subs and horrible service

Worst management I have ever dealt with. My son had a family emergency and Troy told my son that he is either at work or he doesn’t have a job. This could have been handled a different way then the way Troy handled it
