Terrible went in February 6th around 6 and the guy working was terrible whoever made my subway just threw stuff in there not caring was missing stuff that was on the receipt. When I called the guy on the phone he was unprofessional should get fired

I ordered probably one of the most simple and easy sandwiches: subway club. 6", white bread. Not toasted. Provolone cheese. Extra mayo. Lettuce, tomatoe, pickles and olives. I should have known something was wrong when it took your incompetent team 15 minutes to make said sandwich. The meat was tuff, and tasted racid, or maybe it was the Swiss cheese that tasted rancid instead of the provolone I asked for. Do you even carry Swiss? My guess is I don't want to know... The extra mayo i asked for would have been much appreciated to try and help soften the toasted bread(which i didnt ask for), that im guessing you did to try and hide how old hard and stale the bread was. Yeah, I know that trick too, but it doesn't work. And apparently 4 veggies is too difficult for your team, or maybe you ran out of tomatoe and chose not to tell me. I tried to push through, and eat it, I really did. But it was so hard I couldn't even swallow it. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. Coming from a former subway employee, this was just pathetic. This job is not hard and i really don't understand how you can get such a simple order so wrong. Especially with the manager and what looked like the regional manager present. Zero stars. Do not and will not recommend.

We were in there yesterday, the manager in there was great! They were really busy, but she got taken care of, and was very helpful and friendly.
