Last time I went inside for just two bowls of mac and cheese, I waited over 10 minutes, and there was no customers in the dining area. Tonight I went thru the drive thru, and there was only one car in front of me, I literally waited 25 minutes!! When I got to the window, I paid, then it took another 5 minutes, and I watched then girl warm up the pre bagged mac and cheese in a microwave, and. Pour it on the bowls. I couldn’t believe, after waiting 25 minutes it still wasn’t ready. They really need to work on speed of service.
