- JJJennyDec 29, 20251.0I bought a sandwich here on the evening of 12/28/25 a Vito with no sauce and added mayo. I work graveyard shift, so I didn't look at the sandwich until my lunch at 2a.m. I was horribly disappointed to see that I had nothing on my sandwich but 2 tomatoes and a few strands of lettuce and onion. Mind you,we were the only people in the drive thru *it was around 830 p.m.* and there were no customers in store either. With that being said, it took about 10 min to make my sandwich. I don't know exactly what they were doing in there, but they certainly weren't making my sandwich that for sure! Thank you Jimmy John's making me starve at work! This location is constantly messing up orders and I've given them chance after chance, but im done! I will no longer ever go to this Jimmy Johns again! Do better! This place is a complete embarrassment!

They did not send one of their own drivers they used Uber. They should no longer call themselves “Freaky fast”. We will not be ordering Jimmy John’s delivery anymore.

- HGHailee GrantNov 12, 20251.0We went to jimmy johns tonight for dinner and we go through the drive thru and order a #7 and 2 chicken bacon ranch extra bacon extra ranch and we pull up to the window and they only gave us the #7 and one chicken bacon ranch we go back through the drive thru to get the 3rd sandwich and when we got home they put add kicken ranch and not extra ranch on both. We had to go back and get them redone. They constantly mess up our order each time we go. The assistant manager shaun is really nice and he tries his best to fix orders,but it is the person who is taking the order that messes up and we are so done never coming back!
