  We sat down to eat ,they brought us chips and salsa, i asked if they had hot salsa,,so after a few minutes my wife was chowing down on her mild salsa and chips and I was eating the hot.my wife said "G babe these chip smells like fermented tomatoes and taste like vinegar, ok so I said yes mine also ,I started looking at my container they put salsa in and it had a date hand wrote 12/6 .today's date is the 20th ,it looked very dark and fermented inside yuk. I will never go here again.second bad experience here

  Tried going for dinner Sunday evening sat down waited 30 minutes no help All the servers stayed huddled by the register Call the next morning to hopefully get some care and what happened the manager who took my phone call didn’t even care act like it was another Monday will never be returning again. Probably the worst restaurant as far as customer service goes in Idaho Falls.

  I've eaten here many times. It's usually pretty decent. I'm not sure if management or cooks have changed, but the food yesterday was dry and extremely bland. This was true of all plates in our group. Really odd. Very subpar. If this is the new norm, I'd definitely never eat here again. There are far better options. Additionally, their new tipping approach that we experienced was the server standing and staring at us while we select the amount on a digital device. It's pushy and makes the customer feel uncomfortable.
