  I don't pretend to be an expert in Mexican cuisine, but this was an enjoyable place. The food felt far north of the typical expectation for a location that is so far north. Expansive menu with all your favorites and a few unique creations. Even a packed house on a Saturday evening had prompt courteous service and a responsive kitchen. Portions were generous but not ridiculous. Split an entree if you're not overly hungry. Will return.

  Decided to give Jaliscos a try for lunch today. We were pleasantly surprised to find a lunch menu. Service was friendly and efficient. Our food arrived to us in a timely manner. Yummy.

  Made a to go order. My burrito were perfect and a large portion size. Loved the chip and salsa added. Only took 15 minutes like on time estimate.

  I don't know how this place has 4.5 stars. Maybe I just went there on a bad day? My bf took me to Jalisco's for a night out. I was excited to have some genuine Mexican food. We were seated pretty fast, but other than that I have nothing good to say. The waitress was absolutely not friendly and irritated by everything we asked her. If she had to go out of her way, she did it with an attitude. I even asked my BF if maybe we might have upset her, and we could not figure out what we did to get this type of service we got. Both of us ordered plates that were about $20 and then we got a sample of margaritas. At first we were torn on what type of drink we wanted and when we asked our waitress, she was immediately irritate. She just said "about $20". Ok...sounds great. I was about 5 bites into my meal, and my waitress came by, swooped up my plate and left. When I asked her what happened to my food, she just said "I threw it away". I was sooooo confused. But with the attitude she gave us, I just wanted to leave and go home. So yeah, that was my experience with this restaurant. Bought food. Had a grumpy waitress who picked up my plate and threw it in the trash. Good times. I will never ever go to this place again. To the waitress....if you don't like your job, don't make others suffer while you take it out on them.
