Up until recently, this is the third time in TWO WEEKS that my drink has been made incorrectly, which has the potential to leave me immobile on the toilet. Every time I have to go all the way back, because why am I spending 8 dollars for mediocrity, AND tipping on top of that, When I could get that at any other coffee place. I know that staffing is difficult and finding competent people is difficult, but I didn't realize it was part of their training to treat the customer like garbage when they say "Hey I think my drink is wrong." The pink velvet shake was absolutely one of the worst things I have ever tasted, and I thought I might have been stuffy or something... but I had two other people try it and gag. This photo is from today, I am sure it was made with milk when I swapped with oat milk, I asked for a little extra caramel..... this... is crazy... I am very disappointed in this location. The people there used to be so sweet... what happened?

- AAAngela AlonsoJan 22, 20263.0Normally I like going to Dutch for the most part.. but they give out more ice in their drinks then one would like now I get for the energy drinks why they would but today I got an h20 drink large and my drink was more ice then drink which was upsetting because it’s a water based drink and I’m getting less drink now because of the ice. At that point I should have just got a medium and save some money instead. Hopefully in the future they use less ice on the h2o drinks

So they are just scamming putting tips as the price and never showing the screen. Just rude, I wanna leave a tip but this is why I never do because one day it’s one price and then another price the other even though I get the same thing. And why is it cheaper to order on the app than going through the drive thru. I feel they just add stuff to make money.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!

You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!

We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
