It has happened more than once when my pizza gets dropped off to a neighboring location, and then I get to play detective and find it soggy a half hour later. There's nothing confusing or ambiguous about my address. It has four unique digits that are easily visible. Dunno how high y'all are, but maybe cut back a bit. And perhaps train your drivers to double-check. It is frustrating that this keeps happening.

Then did curbside pickup the link they sent to check in was bad finally got checked in turned on my hazards like it says to do then get text saying my order is ready and will be out asap I'm sitting in my car waiting all the while watching a few employees screw/goof off and keep looking out the window and the finally after waiting 10 minutes after getting the text saying my order is ready they finally bring it out. Then the person who cut the slices did a horrible job unless you like giant slices.

But unfortunately after my experience today I will never go back to any Dominoe's again. The staff was completely unhelpful when my order didnt place at the right price. Spoke to the manager and the managers responce was well it's been paid stuff luck. The issue is we only ordered it cause we got a email that it was going to be 50% off and it was advertised on the site as that but when we started looking at what it charged us it wasn't. They charged us the full amount. That is not only Horrendous Customer Service but false Advertising.
