last night me and some friends went out for a bite to eat and some drinks after grabbing my best friend from work. when we arrived inside at exactly 10:15 (I was texting my boyfriend so I have time stamps) we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. we were seated at 10:58. I understand being busy, but there were plenty of empty tables both when we arrived and when we were seated, so even being told this wait time was a little confusing. the restaurant got progressively more empty, which makes the following service even more frustrating. after being seated by the host who seemed to exhausted, careless, or both, we waited 20 minutes (11:19) to receive our drinks from a different waitress than our original server, Nyssa, and since it took 20 minutes, they came out with our COLD nachos. we were given forks that were covered in grime (pictured below) and we then waited 25ish more minutes to receive food from another completely different waitress (11:43). while only receiving one refill within 40 minutes of waiting at our table, we attempted to make eye contact or some sort of gesture toward Nyssa, as we saw her out on the floor helping other tables. we watch them seat a large group as we continue to be ignored. at this point, we were already just wanting boxes and the check, and as we look down we notice how crusty and old the food was looking. the marinara was crusted over, the wings looked dried out, the buns of the sandwiches were dry on the outside, wet on the inside. it seemed like it had all been forgotten under heat lamps. the four of us didn’t even feel like eating it anymore. 2/3 times seeing the og server, she asked how we’re doing after we received our food so we said eh we’ll just take the check and some boxes. the third time she came around was with the check and it only took about 2 minutes. our check was then $85 for the most mediocre, dry food and service for 4 people. if the only time someone’s fast is when they’re being paid and rushing us out, doesn’t really make me want to come back, let alone leave a tip. i wish we had gotten more pictures like how our food looked or the restaurant being half empty, but at that point we were just fed up. maybe this is an under staffing issue, but it also didn’t seem crazy busy and there were clearly 2 other servers available to bring out random tables’ food. we left at 11:54, an hour after being seated, one refill, crusted food, nasty forks, and saw our original server 3 times including her getting asked for the check and bringing it out. i’m not one to complain frequently, my only negative reviews being about a school and a business out of state that i heard misconduct about over the internet(#solidarity), but this was ridiculous.

Last night I might have had the WORST experience i have ever had eating out. I went out for some drinks and some appetizers at Buffalo wild wings with my friends after work but the wait was damn near an hour probably 40 minutes or something of the like then when we finnally got sat our host was unkind and unfriendly practically just dumping us at our table. We ended up sitting at our table for an hour and half closer to two hours and we only had our waitress Nyssa in a Yankees jersey come upto us twice to introduce herself and to drop off the check. Not to mention when food did finnaly arrive from someone else it had clearly been sitting under a headlamp for no less then 30 minutes. Our utensils as shown by the pictures were filthy i am so glad none of us used them before we knowticed this.
Take a hard pass at this Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered 10 wings bone in with a side of fries & queso. Lets start with the wings 5 lemon pepper/5 sweet bbq, the wings were burnt, crispy and barely had meat on a tiny chicken wing. The sauces lemon pepper/ sweet bbq tasted awful on a burnt, crispy chicken wing. I ate 1 of each and my stomach was upset. $18 bucks for a meal, I barely ate and ended up throwing away. What a total waste of money!! Now the fries, I live less than 7 mins away. I placed my order with a pick up at 5:40 pm, I was home at my table by 5:50 pm and the fries were cold. Overall for nearly $20, 10 wings with fries, HARD PASS. Plenty of other better quality, same priced foods in the area to eat & spend your $$.
Buffalo Wild Wings needs to hire some better cooks to prepare, cook & take pride in cooking/servicing food. Honestly I am so mad cause I am hungry and my food tasted awful. I will be reaching out to corporate headquarters.

For a resturant with the word "wings" in its name, you'd think they made good wings. The last 5 times my family has been here, the food quality and service has been crappy. The wings we're warm at best, leathery and tough to chew. The dry-rub wings were flavorless and turned cold in 30 seconds as if they had just been reheated. Their fries came out in one luke-warm clump. Our waitress only checked on us once in 45 minutes and didn't bring drink refills till she brought the bill.....(she only had 4 tables) We sat and watched her check on the other tables 4 times each....but ignored us. Each time we go back hoping it was just a fluke and an off night. But sadly it ends up in disappointment. Food quality has been worse than most truck stop gas stations EACH time. Tonight was sadly our last time. Hope others have a better experience than we have the last 5 times...best of luck. I guess for those who just want to watch sports and drink alchol....quality and customer service doesn't really matter anyway.

If I could give my visit zero stars I would. Normally I have an amazing experience but this one set me off right at the start. We first got told our wait would be 10-15 mins, totally fine. Witnessed an employee get in line behind us and yell at the host "bro you don't have any tables" then continued to grab menus and go sit at a table in the bar area with his girlfriend. Annoying to my family and many others who were already waiting in line to eat dinner. I did mention this to the manager on shift and he didn't act like he gave a crap yet told me "I'll talk to him". We finally sit down and order drinks and an appetizer then our waitress is nowhere to be found. Had to order our food from the bartender when she brought us our appetizers. Then had to continue to go up to the bartender anytime we needed something. My order was completely wrong when it finally came out. Our first waitress thankfully got that out quick after waiting 15 mins for someone to check on us when our order originally came out. Waited another 15-20 mins after we were done eating until I had to once again go to the bartender to get our check and to go boxes. Got our check and the bartender gave me a hard time when I tried looking over my ticket and kept ripping it out of my hands. I was charged for the wrong order on top of my original order so I had to have her fix that, she charged my card and took the original ticket. Finally fed up and asked for the manager AGAIN from a waiter in a whole different section to tell him how horrible our visit was and he just stared at me and didn't care to offer us a discount or anything for the inconvenience of our horrible visit. All I got was attitude from the bartender and unprofessionalism from someone who is supposed to be a Manager and take action when things go wrong. Hopefully Buffalo Wild Wings in Idaho Falls gets their shit together because there were multiple tables surrounding me who were unhappy as well.
