What made the customer experience even worse, was it was during the lunch hour and one of the people behind the counter, got smart with me and told me "well, maybe you should have gotten here sooner." Wrong Answer to a customer to during the lunch hours (11:30-1:30)! Here, Homedale Albertsons is a pointer in great customer service... "Wow, yes your right, we are sorry about that. We can get some fresh ones out there, it will take about ten minutes.. so if you need to pick up some other stuff, we'll have it ready for you. By the way some Jo-Jo's with that?" But seriously you know that you have a healthy lunch crowd that comes in, how hard is it really to watch your stock?
