- SWshayla WiensApr 5, 20262.0Honestly Panera used to be fantastic…. Not anymore. Portions got way smaller… food is so dry and bland and virtually nonexistent customer service. Felt as welcoming as going into a doctors office. Way too expensive for something you could make yourself at home probably just as good or even better.

- JJjojoMar 12, 20261.0genuinely the worst customer service i have ever received. placed an order for pickup scheduled at 6:05pm. sat staring at my bag in the drive thru from 6:05-6:25, workers looking me dead in the eyes, no greeting. when they finally opened the window they said “sorry it never popped on out screen” if you would have greeted the customer at the window, you would have known my order was ready. now i got cold soup and im pissed. do better yall. 2 workers in the window for that typa service is crazy
- TTTiffanyFeb 1, 20261.0I went to Panera craving a good grilled cheese and tomato soup. I’ve never been impressed in the past, but figured it was hard to mess up something this basic. Apparently, I was wrong. The grilled cheese used some flavorless, plastic-tasting American cheese. Kraft or Velveeta would’ve been better, which is not a compliment. The tomato soup was just as bland. Campbell’s from a can would have beaten it easily. Grilled cheese, a bowl of soup, and a small fountain drink came out to over $18. Completely unjustified. I won’t be back.
