  Over priced considering they don't put on enough and horrible customer service. The government location is alot better. Won't be wasting money at this location again

  i came in today having a rough week and (Adaline) i think her name was, was beyond SO sweet when i really needed it! she went completely out of her way to make me feel special!!! Thank you!!!!

  I used to work at Jimmy John’s, I love their sandwiches. But I found an animal hair in the end of my sandwich (I don’t have any pets so it couldn’t be mine). I told the staff, and they apologized but didn’t seem to care. That’s really gross, so even though I love JJ sandwiches I will not be going back to this location.

  Sorry, running out of bread earns you 3 stars. The wrap I HAD to buy because they ran out of bread was flavorless. Just lettuce and tortilla mainly, just a hint of mayo if any. I’ve been to jimmy johns many times and it’s typically great. This is experience is a first for me.
