- JMJ MeOct 31, 20251.0Haven’t had Pizza Hut in probably a year due to the cost but decided to treat ourselves. Ordered a hand tossed pizza with 5 toppings. The crust was horrible. I don’t know if they changed their recipe but nothing looks different online. This is our first time to this new store so maybe it was this store. The crust was more like frozen pizza dough. It was like cardboard and didn’t have flavor. We ended up throwing it away, it was that bad. A $5 frozen pizza would have tasted better. Super disappointed as normally Pizza Hut is consistently the same no matter the store but that wasn’t the case here.
