- TTTiffanyFeb 1, 20261.0I went to Panera craving a good grilled cheese and tomato soup. I’ve never been impressed in the past, but figured it was hard to mess up something this basic. Apparently, I was wrong. The grilled cheese used some flavorless, plastic-tasting American cheese. Kraft or Velveeta would’ve been better, which is not a compliment. The tomato soup was just as bland. Campbell’s from a can would have beaten it easily. Grilled cheese, a bowl of soup, and a small fountain drink came out to over $18. Completely unjustified. I won’t be back.

The soup was so flavorful and hot. And the Mac and cheese wasn't what I was expecting, but it's a good thing because it was delicious. I'm also sick and tend to get picky with my Mac and cheese so it could've been better than I thought. But everything was amazing and truth be told, I am excited to try more food off their menu.
