  I used to work at Jimmy John’s, I love their sandwiches. But I found an animal hair in the end of my sandwich (I don’t have any pets so it couldn’t be mine). I told the staff, and they apologized but didn’t seem to care. That’s really gross, so even though I love JJ sandwiches I will not be going back to this location.

  Sorry, running out of bread earns you 3 stars. The wrap I HAD to buy because they ran out of bread was flavorless. Just lettuce and tortilla mainly, just a hint of mayo if any. I’ve been to jimmy johns many times and it’s typically great. This is experience is a first for me.

  I'm very concerned with workers handling food with gloves then jumping into register, then back to prepping with out changing gloves. Also being on their phone with the same gloves and touching food after or touching the computer screen...Seriously? Crossed contamination!

  Just wanted to share how good this Jimmy Johns has been to us. The people are always nice, the food is made how we ask, and they even accommodated my wierd request for a cup of pickle juice! I'm hooked on their pickles, and fun fact u can buy a jar of 8 for just over 7 bucks. Thanks for making our experience great and exceeding our expectations!

  Walked in today and the guy at the register just starred at me... I had to ask him if he was ready... his reply "yeah." Also got 2 sandwiches which totaled $50... spent $50 to get a stare down...
