  Staff were awesome. Love Arby's always have, but I want to highlight Staff being really awesome here tonight.

  Never again this late at night. We ordered. Went and sat down. 10 mins later someone else walked in ordered a chicken meal minus the bacon and within 5 mins got their order. I went up to the counter to find out why we still havent got our order and was told that chicken takes longer to cook but about 10 mins after they got their order a doordash/ uber driver showed up and got their chicken sandwich (after asking for it) right away while we are still waiting and several cars went thru the drive thru also. We requested a refund. I wouldnt of even gave them one star but not sure it would let me do a no star.

  Went through the drive through this morning and got home and realized I didn't get a sandwich. I was missing a double beef and cheddar. I called twice to get a refund and wasn't able to get ahold of anyone 😔

  I brought a coupon in and they no longer had it but they let me choose a different sandwich and gave me a good deal.

  I literally ordered this on an app so that I could make sure that we didn't expose anybody else for my family being sick. I asked to put one beef n cheddar in the order with a bun. I even called 2 times to make sure they did this. That evidently meant no cheese on either beef and cheddar (I know how it works with building the sandwiches; I worked at this store during school) and no sauce on the side for the beef n cheddar that had no bun. For someone who's trying to utilize the fast food delivery service to help with their issues at home, you just created a whole new one for me. February 17th, 2026, 8 pm.
