When I called, the person who answered could not communicate in English. I had to drive to the store and wait for it to be remade. I will say that Alejandro, a worker there, was lovely and helped me figure it out. I do not know where our pizza was delivered to, and workers should be able to communicate in English as well as Spanish.

I only wish corporate didn't keep the 4.99 delivery fee... imo that should go straight to the driver, as well as any gratuity.

I placed an online order and immediately called to see if I could delay them cooking since I live 45min away in Carey. It rang for four minutes with nobody answering. I hung up and tried again, and an incredibly rude woman answered. I politely asked if they could delay my pizza and she said it was already ready for pick up, which makes no sense since I just placed the order five minutes ago. She said “pick up in 20 minutes“ and hung up on me. That also doesn’t make any sense if the pizza is ready. I tried calling him back and explaining, as I don’t think she spoke much English, but to no avail. Reading all these other reviewsI’m worried that maybe she will have tampered with the pizza.
