This store is hard to navigate. The aisles are really narrow making it hard to navigate around other customers. The staff always seems to be restocking during prime business times and leave their restocking carts or ladders in the way. The staff is always less than friendly. They expect you to move around them and never smile or show kindness. They are either on their phones not paying attention or more often than not have an ear bud or airpod in.

their prices are reasonable, but honestly, I’ve never found them to be Friendly. I realize the service industry is over taxed, but the other stores are cordial and I always treat people fairly. They also do not have a food donation bin for people. They have one for pets, which is great, but when I asked, there is nothing for people. You can give money at checkout, but I feel better putting things in a food bin. Anyway I come here when I have to, but it’s not my routine place to shop. The people at grocery outlet are always friendly. You can’t always everything , but they’re friendly as are the people at Atkinsons and natural grocers I know it seems like a minor thing but being cheerful with the public seems to be something that is lacking consistently at Albertson’s in Hailey

First off, many of the staff are amazing. I will always go to Eddy's line if he is checking. That said, I avoid shopping here whenever possible. It used to be my main store. Every time I go, the aisles are clogged with stocking carts (usually unoccupied), ladders, shelves and carts of discounted goods, etc. Today, a very busy day, every aisle had multiple displays of food occupying half of the aisle and people were at a standstill, unable to get around. There were also multiple carts and ladders just sitting in the aisles with no employees around. The aisles are already pretty narrow. Why on earth are they always parking stuff in them? Why does the refrigerated aisle have shelves and carts blocking the middle? Why don't they stock shelves late in the evening like most stores? If not late, at least avoid doing so at peak hours. Also, I have to check my receipt because there always seems to be an issue with sale items ringing up at regular price even when added to the app. The place was great when it first came to the valley. Prices were good and it was managed very well (was great when Donny was the manager). Now, I don't think it's any cheaper than Atkinson's and the shopping experience is typically aggravating.
