When I called subway directly to fix it, the child on the phone refused because she was under educated in her position. Poor kid didn't even know how to write an address down. When I told her I would just cancel through door dash customer service, she was so happy to not have to lift a finger. Poor over worked girl desperately needs a raise for all her hard work and customer appreciation.
