The other day I had a large order with four drinks that would have gotten me a lot of points. The barista conveniently forgot to scan my app and when I asked if she could, she completed the transaction and said "Oops, too late". So unprofessional, considering the rewards system is such a big deal there and it should be second nature to ask to scan the app. On top of that, she filled all the drink cups up to the very top with ice and didn't even pour the drink up to the top. I know it is policy for them to put a specific amount of ice into drinks, but the iced drinks in general are such a scam. Your paying $5+ for only half of the amount you think you are getting.

Went in today, they made my drink wrong. I could tell it was wrong immediately based on appearance. I asked them about it and they argued with me that it was made right. Instead of remaking it, they argued and insisted it was right. Ended up coming back for a refund because the drink was gross. Seems like the issue could have easily been avoided if it had been remade rather than arguing.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
