The young man who assisted me clearly had a cold, struggling with a snotty nose. I then proceeding to see him grab the brownie with his bare hands and split it in two before chopping it. I was too stunned to say anything, and too disgusted to eat it. A quick way to get that craving out of my system quickly and permanently

Makes going out for an evening ice cream feel creepy and like I’m living in a weird movie where recording video of somebody’s face in a drive through is a thing that doesn’t bother people. Add to it that the drive through has a voice that welcomes each customer, but that voice doesn’t belong to a person in the building. A different voice then takes your order. Perhaps somebody ordered the new high tech drive through system without considering the customer experience. This review is my feedback that the drive through systems provides a negative customer experience. I’m not going back there.
