- RCRy Cas2 days ago1.0If I could do zero out of ten I would, do they even train these kids anymore? The girl was nice enough but knew nothing I ordered a cake online 40$ later I’m on my way as I’m coming to pick up I get a call saying they sold the last one and she was sorry didn’t offer a solution basically your SOL was the vibe I got so I ask can you call another location and see if they have it I’ll pick it up there or if they have a coffee option she goes “no I can’t you’ll have to call them yourself” so then I just cut my losses and asked for a refund and I’ll just go another route and she tells me she doesn’t know how and she can’t refund me only to find out that it’s final sale and it’s none refundable I called customer service waited forever just to have them hang up on me so I’m 40$ down the drain. Train your people better or hire more competent ones to keep up. I shouldn’t have to download app just to try and get my money back.

I was picking up a milkshake for my son and one person on staff was very obviously annoyed that I was making a purchase. After waiting patiently I received the milkshakes and they were terrible. One was not mixed at all, it was just a clump of ice cream in a cup and the other was so runny and gross and tasted just like milk, nothing else. I paid almost $14 for 2 small milkshakes and tipped on top of that and received items that had to be thrown away. We will not be going back.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
