  My wife order a couple pizzas online, when she got there 20 minutes later the employees was chatting and not working and she was standing there waiting for them to turn around and start doing their job, they finally turned around and asked if she needed help and she said she put in an order 20 minutes ago and they said oh okay we're just getting started on it. My wife then said okay how long do you think they said probably 15 minutes. So she waited in the car went back in 15 minutes later got her pizza and went home. Then one of the employees which he said his name was Rocco had called her personal cell phone which they got off of the computer and questioned her about her service and then proceeded to say they were thinking about making a complaint on her because she was rude. And she said she was not rude at all but that was a very unprofessional and threatening phone call. These employees need to be fired immediately!!!!!!! Not because of them not working, but because they got someone's personal phone number and call them and harassed them. This was at the fruitland Idaho location

  I placed an online order a full day in advance for a pizza delivery scheduled at 12:00 PM for a lunch meeting. The order did not arrive at noon. When I contacted the store around 12:20 PM, I was told they were busy and that the order was still being made. The pizza finally arrived around 1:00 PM, well after our meeting had ended. The entire reason for placing the order a day ahead was to ensure it would arrive on time. Missing the delivery window by an hour defeated the purpose and disrupted our event. Based on this experience, I will likely take my business elsewhere for future events.

  We ordered three pizzas, one was supposed to be free and the other two were supposed to be $8.99. They charged us $13 something for the free pizza and charged $18.50 and $24 something for the pizzas that were supposed to be $8.99 each. The pizzas were burnt. When we called the manager was rude and unwilling to help right the wrong. This is not the first time this Dominoes has done this. But this will be the last time they will get our business.
