  Been on the road and hungry all the time I found this little gym by accident. Great food, great staff great atmosphere! I’m definitely gonna come back.

  More then 30 minutes late unable to contact them as they dont answer the phone. No communication from them. I am hungry

  Failed to deliver order. I had to drive to store because they turned phones to VM. No apology no offer to resolve the matter. Finally refunded me after I showed they proceeded the payment while still denying the order was placed. Never going to Pizza Factory in Emmett again.

  I’ve lived in Emmett for 90% of my life. When Chow brought pizza factory to Emmett it was amazing. Since, they have sold twice. I stopped in there for lunch. I was ordering two slices of pizza and mozzarella sticks. Mid order… a gentlemen walks in and the owner focuses all attention to him. Stops our order and leaves the register without saying a word. I get city council or whatever is having a meeting at 12. We were there at 11:15. I get we don’t spend near as much but we always go here over the other pizza places. Never will I or my family be back. Clearly… we aren’t important. Idaho pizza is right up the road… go there and get amazing service/food!

  My son and I ordered boneless and bone in wings for dinner March 20th around 4:30 ish the gentleman working were great and our wings were perfect. Very clean and open also salad bar looked great
