- TRTyson Rohrbacher6 days ago1.0I waited 45 minutes for two burgers, a small fry, and four nuggets and what did I get? Cold, pathetic excuses for food. The fries looked like they had survived a nuclear winter and were reheated to life by some sadist in the back. The burgers? Ice-cold, flavorless, and barely edible. This wasn’t a meal it was an insult. McDonald’s, if you want loyal customers, try serving food instead of punishment.
- JKJoshua Klinge6 days ago1.0Not the first time having issues here. Already reported to their feedback people. Ordered on app after long day of cleaning livestock structures and crap. Teenage boys sent in to grab food. I went in after 30 minutes without food. Boys told me customer was telling employee in back to stop cussing. I sat down and called my wife in. She slipped on ice cream and held herself up by trash can on the way in. It messed up her back and sciatic nerve. Days later and she is still struggling to sleep and sit. Burgers and nuggets came without fries after being there nearly a hour. Told fries were an issue. One drink was 2/3 full so it immediately went back. Fries came after burgers were gone and the fries weren’t right. They were extra crunchy like they had been fried twice. Don’t bother telling us you care and we can go to the attached link for feedback. Canned response and y’all appear to be putting in zero effort from last time I sent feedback.
