  We called in an order. They took it. We never got confirmation of the order. After waiting way too long we went outside and found our food was delivered just off to the side. No knock on the door or ringing the doorbell. We even tipped 5$ for the order before hand. Service sucks. From now on if we ever do a delivery it will be a tip once delivered to our hands not left off to the side down the driveway.

  Not so nice service asked for help got eyes rolls, attitude while the atmosphere was a mess. Not coming back.

  I had the greatest service I've ever had at the JJ's in Emmett. First, I love Jimmy John's and go often all over the Treasure Valley. Sandwiches are always good and service is always ok. But the service I recieved at the Emmett store from Triston was absolutely spectacular. I went through the drive-thru at 8:08 pm on Thursday evening. Nothing spectacular about that. But when I ordered and drove up to the window to pick up my food, I was met by a super friendly (not the crawl in your car window friendly) and kind young man. Something about the way he made me feel really welcomed, especially so close to closing time, and how nice he was, made me think about the experience all the way back home. The service was also very fast and because Triston was so nice, I think my sandwich tasted even better than they have before. I live a long way from Emmett, don't go there very often, and have never been to this Jimmy John's before. But I would return to this Jimmy John's again, just to see if Triston would help me. Extremely highly recommended!
