Cheese is not melted fries or cold takes them back to the counter and they say there’s nothing they can do they have no way to heat them up the right thing to do would’ve been redo the order and make fresh fries

I was the only one in line , and they told me to pull around after I ordered and had me wait 10 minutes for a small burger and fries. The worker looked annoyed when I came through. I will never return to that Wendy’s .

The manager is beyond rude, and her attitude has extended ato her staff. Multiple people told me how horrible the service is at this location, yet I continued to give them my business due to location of my office. I would rather go hungry, then to ever have to deal with these people again.
