  Food took awhile this time. No one came to the counter this time to help us. The kind old lady was working but didn't come to the counter. The drinks were off the flavor just wasnt there. The tea had no flavor and the fiesta blast had no flavor. So the visit this time wasnt a very pleasant one. The food tasted good.

  This was the dirtiest taco bell I've been to.. The womans restroom was gross. Feces in the toilet and the walls were dirty. They have a sign that says they check the restroom every 30 minutes.🙄 The lobby was dirty too. Theres a tray on the floor. Tables werent wiped down, window haven't been cleaned.

  Multiple times ordering through DoorDash and it takes a fast food joint over 70 minutes to get an order made. Drivers sit and wait for 30-40 minutes. It’s fast food. Even with football games or whatever reason that’s not an excuse. Only fast food location in my life that takes over an hour to make an order. Absolutely ridiculous.

  I walked in. There was no one at the counter. So waited about 3 minutes no one noticed me or acknowledge me. So I turn around and thankfully there was an order kiosk. I was thankful it was there because I could actually get some food. So I place my order. I got both me and one of the guys at work with me the new hot Cheetos burrito luxe box. I didn't want the cantina chicken so I changed the chalupa to a chalupa supreme and change the taco to supreme. I also ordered the new vanilla cream soda freezer. I took about 20 minutes to get my food and when they said my food was ready they told me the machine for the freezers was down and that it would be 3 to 5 minutes for my drink. Going out to the vehicle me and the other guy started eating our food. I sent the other guy into grab the drinks. When he got in there the drinks looked bad when he asked them to remake them he said they don't know what's wrong with the machine and they can't get it to work. So now I'm sitting in my vehicle finishing my food before I go in there and try to figure out why I can't have the drink I ordered. Or at the very least why it's an hour later and we're barely resolving the issue not only that but my hot Cheetos burrito didn't have any hot Cheeto chips in it. Neither did the other guys. And neither of our tacos were supreme. I'm not happy about this experience at all.
