I pre-ordered, or at least thought I pre-ordered, pizzas for the party to be picked up at 11 AM. I showed up at 10:55 AM to pick the pizzas up, but they did not have my order. I looked online, and it looked like there was an additional prompt concerning sauces that came up after I selected to finalize the order, and I missed it. That's on me and the app. I'll own that. Dejected, I almost left without pizzas in hand, but I took a moment to ask how long it would take to make four large one-topping pizzas. He said he would get it done for me in no more than 15 minutes. He got it done in about 12. The pizza was cooked perfectly, tasted delicious, and allowed me to show back up on time for the party. Great pizza and phenomenal customer service. Our family has had a lot of bad dining experiences in the Treasure Valley, particularly at some other local pizza establishments, so I was extremely grateful for the superb customer service. We will definitely be ordering from here again!
