First time I called and albeit annoyed they gave me a free meal, OK great. Second time we ordered there, they left half of our meal out and when I called the store, the manager, Craig, I believe was his name, was extremely rude and that just solidified I would never go back to this location. I understand they’re a newer location and things might be a little bit hectic, but he really handled himself the wrong way here and lost a customer.

You walk in and you are greeted with the kitchen literally.. you could walk in the kitchen from the front door. The design and layout is horrible and doesn’t fit the Eagle Luxury vibe. Ordered a Mac and cheese and Cesar salad. The Mac and cheese was semi warm and wasn’t hot at all.The Food portions are crappy hardly any food for the price I paid for it! I’ll stick to the meridian Panera even though it’s out of my way from Eagle.

When we inquired, we were told you have to ask for the chicken and there isn't an upcharge. Chicken is one of the listed ingredients right there between arugula and dried cranberries, and chicken is listed in the title of the salad! This is so blatantly misleading and intentional and frankly sketchy.

Also the girl who wrung me up at the drive thru was texting on her phone instead of taking my payment, dislike that because I was in customer service and that’s not professional and seems like you don’t care to even have this job.
