  We've been here many times while visiting family in Eagle, and have always received great food and service. Panera makes food fresh and even during busy times, we've never waited more than a few minutes for our food and our orders have always been correct. I appreciate the staff who are always fast, friendly, and courteous. My daughter and I specifically want to recognize and thank Eva who has gone over and above for us a few times, and always has a great attitude.

  Absolutely the best panera! The food, cleanliness, and customer service is unmatched from other Paneras we have been to. Shoutout to the manager Sara, she always has a smile on and makes the environment brighter and more welcoming. A lovely addition to Eagle!

  Delivery meal was absolutely awful. The new iced chocolate drink is disgusting. It is ice blended with chocolate syrup. No whip cream or milk product whatsoever. The soup was cold. The sandwich was a soggy mess, and there were no napkins or utensils. The fruit was hard as a rock. What a waste of $48.50 for a cup of soup, a drink and a grilled cheese. I'm done with Panera in Eagle.

  Respectfully, Panera used to be one of our favorite places, but it seems that the people they hire genuinely are there to collect a paycheck instead of paying quality workers. The last couple times we’ve gone, the salad greens were wilted and the salads were sloppily thrown together. The kids were shut with a mess of pieces squished out of the sides including avocado on the outside, which like spilled drinks, is not fun to grab onto especially when paying over $30 for a couple things. The smoothies aren’t smoothies, they are foamies. My kids are obsessed with smoothies but won’t drink the ones from here and honestly I didn’t drink mine either because it tasted funky and was foamy. The baguettes are over baked and like razors in the mouth. I genuinely hope this location as well as all Panera’s can turn their quality and care up a few notches. I mean this whole post with kindness and respect, and with absolute honesty.

  I've always had good food at Panera (in fact, I used to work at one 25 years ago!), but I'm taking the time to write a review because of one employee, who I will talk about later. All the staff was friendly, and helpful when I had questions about the menu. The salad that was recommended was delicious, and my old fallback soup was great, as always. Back to that standout employee, Lorie V! So many restaurants nowadays seem short staffed, and out of necessity, the employees are usually focused on things in the kitchen and behind the cash register, neglecting the dining area. Having to sit at a dirty table has become the norm, unfortunately. But not here! Lorie was out front making the entire area her own. She wiped tables immediately after someone got up. She went around making sure everyone was happy with their food, and took away dirty dishes as patrons were finished with them, which was above and beyond, and really helpful. In between all those tasks, she tended to the drink and utensil area. I've never seen one of those areas so organized, stocked and clean! Everyone was great, but Lorie V gets the gold star today. 🌟 I'd come back again just knowing she was working. Treat this lady right. She is a gem! 💎
