  It's like they told the city of Eagle that they would put a "play place" in if they were allowed to build. The owner is like PERFECT! We can build a 6x6 box/echo chamber and smash all the kids in there, they will be fine! The true focus of this place is pure profit, something that I don't really aligns with the goals of our city. The city council should have overseen this project a little more. Hope the owner wises up. I hear parents all around me talking about how lame it is. Come on! Let's make chicken great again!

  I visited on the first day CFA opened in Eagle! I’ve been waiting! Even though it was cold and windy in the drive thru, the employees were all working together and all extremely friendly!! My food was hot and fresh and came in a very timely fashion (fast food). I asked how their first day was, and they said everything had been great and were very appreciative of the customers coming. Even though they started the restaurant with a lot of new employees, they’ve been doing a great job since Day 1! This is a go to for my family!

  We’ve been so impressed with this Chick fil A since they opened! The team is incredibly quick, friendly, and truly provides some of the best customer service around. Everything runs smoothly, and you can tell they genuinely care about the customer experience. I know some reviews mention the smaller play area, but that’s not a reflection of the staff or operator. They don’t control the store’s design. They’re doing an amazing job, especially for being so new. We’ll definitely be back again and again!

  Some of the other reviews are just not helpful and misinformation. The store was open at 7:45 on a Monday ( I can personally verify people were there, maybe look a little harder!). Also, extremely grateful that the store in the first week being open, has managed to keep the consistency like the other lovely locations in the treasure valley. But I guess you can’t please some people. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is always delicious. Love that Chick-fil-A!!!

  Been here two times. First time was fine, second time they screwed up my order during a very slow time. I got breakfast for my kids because they’re sick. I got them biscuit egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches and when I got home I discovered they were muffins, not biscuits. What’s frustrating is that the owner, for whatever reason, chooses not to list a phone number to contact the store. Also, this is the lowest-rated Chick-fil-A of all in the area. Don’t bother going here, just go to a different one, they all have 4.4-4.6 stars. I will go there a third time just to give them another chance. If they screw it up again I’ll be changing my star rating to two stars. Giving them a couple extra stars because the employees are friendly.
