I was eating the chili after driving home and bit into a crunch that seemed out of place..I spit this item out and examined it. I could not identify this item! Since I have Celiac Disease and the only "safe" menu item is the chili, I was quite worried about cross contamination!! On my next trip through town, I stopped by to inform the manager about this experience. Rachel, the manager on duty made it right. She explained that sometimes bits of bean or onion in the batch can have a weird texture. She then paid for my meal. I am very grateful for her customer service. Thank you, Rachel.

But if they get busy they just substitute whatever they want. Might as well just put chicken nuggets in there or a piece of cheese.

We were 30 miles away before noticing, otherwise would have returned it and gotten food to go elsewhere. Very disappointing. Staff was very friendly which is why a score of 3 and not 2
