  This place needs a bit of help… unfortunately my experience here was less than pleasant. Now I understand when people are super busy something you have to rush but being rude just isn’t needed. Starting off we ordered a mobile order for the drive through. Gave it about 15 mins before we went through when we got to the order spot the guy asked us “to give him a moment” and we were okay with that however he proceeded to take the order from the second order spot twice and skipped us and when I said “Hello” he told us to wait again. I decided to go in at this point and when I went in I waited a few minutes and was greeted by a sweet gal with pink hair helped me when she saw me. So i waited about 20 mins for my food to come out and when it was ready this girl just said “Mobile order” and no one moved because no one knew who’s mobile order it was.. then said “Whoever put a mobile order in for the drive through this is yours” put it down and quickly walked away.. which I get your busy. But I said “Excuse me I’m sorry, can I get sweet and sour and ranch” and then tossed them onto the counter not really an acknowledging me. Took my food out to my car and my cheeseburger was incorrect so I took it back and talked to a manger named Amy she was a sweetheart and helped me very well.

  The food was good, but the service was the worst.I've ever had at any mcdonald's. I even got my order taken by the general manager Autumn. I simply wanted to order a number two combo substitute a biscuit instead of the muffin for $5. I do this at every mcdonald's every morning for breakfast. For some reason today, she told me I can't do that. And I have to pay for the $7 combo. I understand if that's policy but it's not policy when she's not there. I will never go to this mcdonald's again.

  Went there tonight, had 3 people go in front of while waiting for them to take my order, and they only gave me half of what I ordered... Should've checked the bag even after asking if everything was in the bag. Really disappointed, probably won't be going to back to this location.

  I order UNSWEETENED iced tea every time and I get sweet tea.
