This store is organized the most backwards way! Can’t find anything. Not to mention the damn Grand Canyon they have in the middle of their parking lot. It’s been there for years yet no one will fill it.

Call to order a cake (I knew what i wanted down to the design number)... I was told to come in tomorrow and order in person and they "absolutely could do that" with my time frame. I go in and im told I would have had to order the day before (like I tried) in order to have my cake ready in time. This is after standing at the counter for two minutes waiting to be helped. WORST SERVICE EVER
Thanks to Super 1, my daughter had cake at her birthday. I will never do business with safeway after them refusing to take my order by phone after i went in multiple times and nobody was there that day, again i had taken a pic of the edible decoration i wanted on the cake not to mention, I had been trying go reach them alllllllll day before the guy in the deli told me they wouldn't be available until after 5pm.... 3 phone calls and 3 trips in store before I got this info.

Wow. Upper management very rude. Had a wonderful experience with an older gentleman about in his mid 50’s wearing an olive green puffer jacket grey beard. He was using a kiosk in the self checkout and proceeded to yell at me about it being “his machine” as there was no one there and not even logged in when I went to scan my items. Watched him walk upstairs behind the help desk knowing he is an employee. What a wild way to treat your customers. Learn how to treat your customers man, you’ll go a lot further in life. Plenty of other spots to shop at and I’ll be doing just that. I hope you have a wonderful day being a grump sir!

I’m usually quite pleased with what I see from Safeway here, but I have to leave this review for the deli, specifically the Asian food section of the deli. I was short on time and needed a quick meal, so I ordered the orange chicken, TSAO Beef, with chow mein.
I must say that they advertise, “made in house daily” my thought on this is they must go to the freezer section and buy the most outdated meats to use. Both the chicken and the beef were freezer burned and tough as nails and dry. And the chow mein left a little to the imagination, with a single carrot, and a little bit of cabbage.
If I had wanted a freezer burned meal, I would’ve just gone to my own freezer!
If there was lower than one star, they would definitely get it, and quit advertising made fresh daily!!
