- SCSabrina CApr 12, 20261.0I'm expressing once again the Continual overturn of the employees that I see every time I go in.This is probably why it's not doing good, customer service has completely gone downhill.It's a lack of not caring, a lack of not knowing what's in any of the product and I have to push people to even say hi , or give a smile.. You really need to revamp your representatives that do the front. Probably hiring someone with a customer service background would be the first part. They no longer carry my all time favorite smoothie and looked at me dumbfounded I even asked for it.. guess I will have to deal with what's on the main menu, and the attitudes that come with it...

Last week the taller redheaded gentleman was amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. But today, unfortunately, there was a girl behind the counter who was the most unfriendly I’ve experienced here. It took her a while to come out from the back, and when she did she didn’t know what was in the Maui mama. She looked annoyed we were even there. My daughter had to go to the restroom, and because there is a keypad I asked for the code. She huffed ‘give me a minute’ before handing the key over and just continuing to be miserable in general. We will be back, because we love you guys. I’m just hoping she was having an off day.
