  My wife went to get us dinner tonight and the sandwiches were TERRIBLE!! The worker did not have anything prepared and was out of most items. I asked if they at least gave a discount because the 2 sandwiches we got barely had any items on them. Paid full price for a loaf of bread. Absolutely atrocious and will not recommend this place to anyone.

  "Note to self: always double-check the store location on the app. I accidentally ordered here while still in Kellogg, which was definitely my mistake. I tried calling for over 10 minutes to cancel, but couldn't get through. Ended up re ordering the same order to the correct store in Kellogg. When I stopped by over an hour later to pick up my mistake from the prairie location, the employee was wearing large headphones in the customer lobby and didn't seem to hear the phone. The sandwich also ended up having tomatoes despite me asking for none. It's a bit of a bummer to pay for an order that I was unable to cancel even though calls were placed immediately and the order even not quite right. Hopefully, the crew can keep an ear out for the phone in the future." 2/16/26 3:0:-3:15pm

  Went in to get lunch and the kids working were laughing and happy. But as soon as what I believe to be the manager walked in he instantly started criticizing the employees. Saying he was just going to make his sandwich on his day off while getting in the way of the employees making our food.

  They never have anything in stock and the management needs some help. I’ve ordered food here and had more problems than anything.
