The checkers (when there is one on duty) rarely even say hello or crack a smile. This is one reason I do most of my shopping these days at Trader Joe's right down the street. What a pleasant surprise to be greeted with a friendly hello by Joshua yesterday. He asked if I had found everything I was looking for, asked how my day was going and ended our interaction with "I hope you have a great day". What a breath of fresh air! You need to give that boy a raise and have him train the other employees at the 4th Street and the Neider Avenue Safeway stores on how to provide excellent customer service. Thanks Joshua!!
