I called Customer Service to try to get someone to help me get through to the pharmacy and he said I need to call the pharmacy and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with an Assistant Manager, Robert, to complain about the poor customer service and short staff issues they have. He said he will do his "due diligence " to find out who was rude. Yeah, right. You pay your employees minimum wage. They have poor morale, terrible customer service and are lazy. What do you expect? At least have the decency to acknowledge you suck as a store!
