I came here with my kids. Ages 6&4. Granted they were hyper and I was in the midst of correcting them for being overly repetitive but they were super excited helping order and come on its McDonalds. This place is for kids. The guy working the register raised his voice to the point he was practically yelling at my 4yo. Again I understand she was repeating her order over making sure she got fries with her kids meal. If you can’t handle overly hyper kids ordering their kids meals maybe you shouldn’t be working at a McDonald’s or any part of customer service.

They just decided to delete my breakfast order 5 minutes before 1030 because they are lazy as hell. This McDonald's is literally the worst you could ever go to. They are rude, the GM doesn't give a crap about the customers at all. Spend your money else where because you will regret spending it here.

The last time we went I could hear what would assume is a manager yelling at her employee. I felt bad for the employee because he looked like a 16-17 year old kid who just started.. if you need to correct your employees, take them somewhere private instead of embarrassing them infront of their coworkers and customers, so unprofessional. The person working the drive thru speaker was rude and unprofessional.. the staff clearly does not care. I get it, it’s fast food I don’t expect staff to be overly enthusiastic, but there has to be some human decency… it’s not just a work thing it’s a person thing, when I pull up to the window and get my food and say “thank you” a simple “you’re welcome” isn’t too much of an inconvenience, instead of just handing me my bag and shutting the window… this location is the worst.
