- MDMiche Daisy2 days ago2.0We have been going to five guys for 15 years. Their burgers used to be juicy, charbroiled, with fries off the charts. Lately the quality has gone down significantly. The meat is dry and flavorless. Yesterday the fries were soggy, not entirely cooked and barely salted. This is unusual for this company. Hoping the food quality picks back up. There weren’t enough tables for larger groups like family and we were asked to move, in the middle of eating, to a smaller table so that a family of five could sit together. We didn’t mind, but there should be more accommodations for that. Not the best anymore.

And after i showed them it , they made another burger and you would think since that happened they would be all extra cautious but no the second burger has a fussy string thingy in it! What???!! Serious either done on purpose or some very dirty youngsters work here! Never ever had a hair in my burger at any other location, so sad i love five guys and wont ever come back here , ill drive to spokane sadly. And seriously manager MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES CLEAN UP THEMSELVES AND WEAR A DARN HAIR NET!!!!!!!!!! So many bad dirty food places in north idaho! What kinda nasty ppls live here!!!!!!

- LLLaneNov 17, 20251.0I’ve been here a few times now since they opened and have had two bad experiences. Once one of three burgers was missing and we had to wait 10 min to get it after receiving the other food. Today the fries were very undercooked, they had no brown on them.
