While the food is excellent, Ashley’s service is the main reason I continue to be a loyal and frequent customer at this BWW location. She is the best server I have encountered—she knows me by name and remembers my regular order by heart. Ashley is always kind, energetic, and clearly enjoys her job. She is highly attentive, always ensuring drinks are topped off and providing necessary items like napkins without being asked. If it were not for her outstanding efforts, I would likely be a less frequent customer. Thank you!

Everything was borderline cold, the onion rings were soft, not crisp. Fries were soggy & gross. Even the carrots looked like they were old (how do you mess up carrots 🫠). I keep giving BWW another chance and every time I’m disappointed in the food, regardless of if it’s delivery or dine-in.

This is not the first time we’ve had stuff missing but this is the first time I was gonna do something about it. Called them, waited for 10 minutes on hold and spoke with the manager. She apologized profusely and said shed have them ready if I came back. Her customer service saved the day! Thanks! (I don’t remember her name, started with an E on 01/03/2026 @ 5:00pm)

Ashley brought great energy right away and made it clear she cared about doing a good job. She took her time with our order, paid attention to details, and gave recommendations we didn’t even know about and ended up loving. The restaurant was clean, our food came out almost immediately, and everything was correct. What stood out most was that she genuinely cared about our experience, not just getting through a shift. That kind of service re-energized us about this location. Because of Ashley, we’ll absolutely be back again. We visited 12/26/2025 at 12:45.
