It took over 2 hours to receive our food, EVERYTHING was cold. 3 plates had long hairs in them. Salad never came with dressing and asked 3 times for it. Management was AWFUL and didn't do anything. Our server Anthony was awesome tho and am not mad at him what so ever he did everything he could with no help from the shitty Management there. I finally called to have our money refund and will probably not be returning which sucks because this is my husband favorite place. We already had to go back in for the drink they forgot to give us. Make sure to count your wings every-time before you leave. We live 2 hours away from buffalo so this is usually a special treat for us. The lady on the phone deserves a raise that we spoke to she was extremely kind!

The restaurant had less than 10 customers, the noise level from all the TVs featuring different sporting events was deafening and the bathroom needed attention. Buffalo Wild Wings has lost its way - what ever happened to focusing on what they were originally good at and offering it at a reasonable price? The new menu is just like any other “specialty restaurant”; they sell EVERYTHING, and are now good at NOTHING. Staying in your lane and excelling at something is better than being a jack-of-all-trades, but a master at none. It’s going to be an impossible ask, but Buffalo Wild Wings needs to up its food quality by at least 30% and drop its price by 20%. Good luck!
