  They never, and I mean NEVER offer caramel frappes. “The machine is broke” or “we are currently cleaning it” is their excuse literally every time. They don’t care either, they’ll mess up your order and not bat an eye. I highly recommend finding a different location.

  Came to get the new kpop demon hunters meal and sat in an empty drive for 20 minutes for them to take my payment after the wait they said cash only, we watched the manager and employees through the window eating Taco Bell and standing around laughing, multiple employees went outside and left one employee to do all the work. Then they proceeded to go make our food without even washing their hands and waited till the last minute to tell us we couldn't get our mcflurry because the soft serve was "out"

  It's a shame you have to order through a kiosk they are nothing short of a pain. The actual servers when you could find one were great. The new arch burger is really tasty.

  I have ordered from this McDonalds for years however in the recent months every time I order, whether it is inside, drive through or online there has been an item missing or wrong. Today my 10 piece McNugget was completely missing.

  I ordered on the mobile app we pulled up to the window and they gave us the bag 1st it was not our order and 2nd on of the drinks wasn't even what we ordered. My grandmother ordered nuggets an she was disappointed to find that she didn't get them and it was 2 cheese burgers and fries she was so mad she didn't even wanna go back through for the nuggets she jst ate the cheese burger and we went home, this has happened multiple times and i am just now putting a review on here so somebody got the nuggets but we didn't this should change and stop happening.
