After 35 minutes, we went back in and they told us that they delivered it to our car. We let them know that didn't happen. They checked and said that yea it would be right out. We were just driving through Chubbuck and I have a car full of 6 hungry kids. This was ridiculous! I tried deleting it on my app throughout all of this time but it wouldn't let me. Everytime we went inside either there was not an employee anywhere around, or we would finally see one and they couldnt help us with a refund and then they'd disappear and not come back. After 50 minutes we went back in, they checked and said we weren't even on the back screen. They finally got someone that refunded our money but I had used points for one of the happy meals, so those just disappear. We drove on with our journey with crying, hungry kids that now all think they hate McDonalds. Id say I don't even have words, but obviously I have a lot of words to say about this. I am mad.
