If you are too lazy to make sure every order exceeds expectations then you need to quit ruining people's meals. Don't use an excuse youre busy because if you take the time to learn your job you get faster. I've gone in too many times after the drive-thru messed up the order and it defeats the purpose of a drive through. Besides if you go inside you don't get greeted because no one there has social skills and when a manager watches customers wait at the front counter and still ask the front counter person take care of the customers. Complete laziness!!!!
